Got Copter Issues? Is something broken? Don’t worry about it, we’ll take care of it. NAZA, Wookong, A2 based controllers only.

Let our techs at UAV-Outlet diagnose and repair your copter from crashes or anything that may not be working. This service fee covers you for all the time that our techs may spend working on your phantom. If we need to replace any parts, we will first notify you. Parts are not included in the service fee.

Step 1) Purchase this service fee. (In your order notes at checkout, please write the issues or problems you are having in the order notes section) 

Step 2) Include a note inside your shipping box describing what the issues are.

Step 3) Write your RMA # on the outside of your shipping box. (Your RMA # is your order 5 digit order number)

Please include everything needed such as the Remote Controller.

Please Note* 
Gimbals and Vision Cameras are not repairable at UAV-Outlet. We will have to ship it to DJI for repair. 
We do not fix copters with water damage or flyways units. Please do not ship us damaged lipo batteries.

Our UAV-Outlet techs are very good and can fix almost everything. In the event that we cannot make repairs, we will not charge the customer. (Minus Shipping Costs Outside the U.S. Domestic 48). We will then contact the customer and send the copter back or send to the DJI techs in Los Angeles, California. UAV-Outlet cannot be held responsible for any future issues or parts that may fail. We will also not be held liable for any crashes. By purchasing this repair service, you agree to these terms. This service is for customers in the USA only. If you are sending in your phantom please include your remote controller. Once a repaired product is shipped back and received by the customer, all claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

YOU WILL NEED TO WRITE YOUR RMA # ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOX OR PACKAGES MAY BE REFUSED.
